Personalized Exercise Program

Fitness Program

This program is for you if you have pre-existing medical conditions or other precautions and would like help in developing a safe fitness program.

A fitness professional of our choice (ie. physical therapist or personal trainer) will work with you to develop an exercise program based on your strength, flexibility, and fitness level. Different exercises and gym equipments will be introduced. This custom service is catered entirely to your preferences and goals for fitness.

The number of sessions will be determined between you and your provider. You may transition to an independent exercise program or continue to follow up with your provider after receiving the foundation of exercises and tips. 

Treatment sessions are time based. 45 minutes is generally suggested for first time clients, but the amount of time is flexible to suit your needs.

Tuesday & Thursday: 12:00pm - 4:30pm
