Fitness Classes

We offer a variety of fitness classes to help you stay on track with your fitness journey.

Each class is 10$ each unless otherwise noted.

For gym use, purchase a 10 punch pass for 35$.

Fitness Class Descriptions

CORE AND DAILY’S 

This is combination seated and standing exercise class structured to develop muscle strength and mobility while preforming common movement patterns of every day living. During this hour we will exercise and stretch the major muscle groups of the body and strive to develop core strength for posture and balance. This class is a great class to help you step out of winter and COVID limitations and actively embrace spring with energy and renewed confidence around movement.

Intermediate level

AWESOME FULL BODY EXERCISES FROM A CHAIR 

This is an exercise class structured to develop strength and mobility from a seated chair position. During this class hour you will be guide through exercises and great stretches aimed to target the major muscles of whole body along with seated core conditioning exercises. I welcome you to come in and take a seat. Light weights are welcome but not necessary for the class, Let’s exercise!

All levels Welcome.

CIRCUIT AND CORE 

This is a two-part exercise class. The first part is dedicated to core and balance exercises both standing, in a chair or on the ground depending individual needs. During the second part of the class, we will incorporate the clinics single exercise weight machines and other strength exercises to complete our high quality exercise circuit class.
